Does sound like your piggie is bored. make sure when you fill the water bottle that you use warm water that is warmer than room temperature that way the bottle doesn't drip cause it could be doing this too and fill it all the way up. Also, the warmer water will eventually be room temp so don't worry about it being to warm. The warmer water makes it so the water doesn't drip out of the bottle like it may also be doing.
As for piggie toys there are many options as many stores doen't sell toys for piggies. Here are some suggestions: toilet paper rolls, paper towel rolls. Piggies often like to play with these, you can also cut a slit down the middle of these and place veggies in them so they have a treat and a play toy. Boxes, as piggies love to hide and play in boxes. Cat toys that aren't to small and don't have any pieces the piggie could chew off and choke on, as some love to push these around their cages. Bird toys, you can buy some bird toys and hang them from the cage. my piggie loves to play with these often. Also make sure the piggie has plenty of hay, mine often loves to play in the hay and make hay huts to hide in besides laying in it and eating it

Well, those are my suggestions good luck!
