Question Breeder finding help
I need to find a Chinchilla breeder in Victoria, Australia, But I don't know where to start.

I went to the National Rodent Fanciers Society and asked if they knew of breeders or petshops that may have/get/help me find a chinchilla, but they couldn't help.

Can anyone suggest a way I can find a breeder?

I can not help you there but I wanted to comment on your poem. I thought it was so beautifull and so well put....the circle of life...I applaud you!

Ask your local vets. Try www.petfinder.com (I know that they have listings for the USA, not to sure on Australia). www.yahoo.com also lists rescue animals. Contact your local animal shelters. Here in Michigan, most shelters and vets will have a listing of rescues. Hope this helps.
