Wink Equestrian Statistics can vary.....

I looked it up on the web....A full grown horse can weigh anywhere from 1,000
pounds up....to ???? Depends on breed; Clydesdales of course can run up to a few thousand pounds. (((You have to DIG for info !!!!! )))
AN average runner can weigh 1,000 to 1,500 acording to the web. Working horses weigh more.
I am not a Horse person...They don't allow them in my Apartment complex.
(Cats are my specialty.) But you got to Dig for info on the web ; sometimes you look for days. You can contact your local Library for more exact info...
The Librarian can generally answer something like that over the phone.
Give them the Breed and stature of a horse and they can tell you an approx weight for that breed. Some Libraries have access on the web after hours.
Happy hunting

Wink Broken Bones

My Husband & I were in a fire Jan 1 . We were on the 2nd floor and had to jump. When we landed we hit the edge of concrete ( A patio under us ).
My right ankle is held together with screws & metal plates. My husband messed up his left foot again screws & metal plates. We are still having problems . SWELLING, SWELLING , Pain and Swelling.
That is how I stumbled onto this site....sitting on my butt.!!
