Question Bloated Belly!!!

In my tropical fish tank i have a Red Honey Gourami. Heres the thing, I went on a weekend holiday, and I left a weekend feeder block. Yet when I came back all the fish were completely normal, 'cept for thuis one. he has a HUGELY bloated belly, and if you look at himfrom a certain angle, you can see his scales sticking out!! Any fish experts I would appreciate it if you could tell me whats going on!

Did he eat a wholeblock of the weekend feeder block without it dissolving?? Im very confused

Ok, this isn't right...

The fish looks about 3 times the size it should be... and there is a trail coming out from its side, i think this fish is going to die...

The only thing I can think of is to contact your local fish store and describe it. I don't have much of any experience with that, so I can't help
