Kit my Cockatiel....
Hey guys-
I have right now a cockatiel named Kit. I did have a blue and white parakeet named Hurley(is budgie and parakeet the same??), but Kit always picked on him, and I felt so bad, so I gave him to my friend, and I still see him alot :-) I want an African Grey SSOOOO bad, but for now, Kit's my buddie.

Hey
I also wanted to know what kind of cockatiel he is, Grey, silver, all that stuff. I don't know how to tell the differences. Thanks

Budgies and parakeets are the same. However there are indian ring necks and african ring necks and those are called parakeets. So all budgies are parakeets but not all parakeets are budgies.

What a beautiful little Tiel. Isn't that a Pied or Pearl tiel? Hard to say.

Emroul, Go to the national cockatiel society. Its a post for just that. Your cockatiel. It shows all the different kinds of tiels and you will be able to pick out the one that is yours. He is beautiful. Mine is like the 4th one down on the left hand side. She is a white face.
