Well I've had my girl for about a month now. She's fitting in very well. All the dogs love her. Her and Foxy play a lot. I think Zoe is thrilled that Tat isn't like another puppy. Zoe is really old and hates the high energy of Bella. When it gets to be too much she has something to say about it. The other dogs learned to ignore her. We always say she's an old grumpy lady. Well Zoe likes Tat. She'll let Tat sleep on her and even eat out of her bowl with her. Something the dogs wouldn't dare for good reason. Bella was introduced to her more recently and Tat is still a little scared of her, but Bella has been very respectful of her so I think they will be fine.
I'm still teaching her tricks. She loves it. She's very focused on me and follows me everywhere. I just took her for a walk tonight. Yes, I just said that. I was taking Bella out to the desert to run so I thought, "why not bring the cat?" She follows right next to me anyway. I think it was good for helping her and Bella bond too. They just walked along with me out there for about an hour. She did great. She acts like one of the dogs.
Well we've all been having a lot of fun. She's fit into our lifestyle great. I'm so glad they all like each other so much. She just acts like she's part of the pack. It's so funny. I'll have to get video of her on a walk with the dogs. It's great. She seriously just looks like one of the dogs. I can't wait to walk her in public. I want to see the looks on people's faces when I'm walking down the street with a couple big dogs and a tiny cat following along. My camera is still broken. Maybe my brother will let me borrow his camera since he broke mine. Well that's about it.
