Dog-lover is on a distinguished road
Angry What i hate the most

You know what i hate the most? I hate it when unconsiderate people use dogs for thier awful purposes and don't take care of them! For example in jails they make them moniter the people and they have to be mean all the time to get the job donecompletly taking all the humanity out of a dog and the worst part is that when thier job time is over they get put in cages untill its thier turn again! they are not able to play with other dogs and be social, play with thier toys or even have some room to run around! I think if you are going to use a dog like that at least show them that they are aloud to play and let them play as well as show some kindness to the animal!

As unfortunate as it may seem some animals are bred for purpose and that is all they're used for. however, in many cases the role the animal plays is a necessary one and you kind of just have to take it with a grain of salt.

I am certain however, the dogs are taken care of as far as food, water, and overall health, they just aren't being treated as pets, because they aren't.

you're simply upset at the difference between a work animal and a house pet; trust me there's far worse going on out there.

I think it depends of the type of "work" the dog is doing. If the dog is a shepherds dog and spends its life herding sheep its one thing, if the dog is a Beagle who lives its life in a cage so IAMS can run tests about its food is another.

yes, but I leave the discussions of beagles for various forms of testing alone, I was refering to her disgust at prison guard dogs.

test animals create too many strong feelings on both sides, it always turns into arguements.
