Question rats traveling oversease questions

hmm.... well i dont know where to post this and i need to ask somone and this is the only place i could really find.

so for those of you who have had there pets travel in plains um.. how long does the querentine (sorry cant spell) last...? and does that cost money alone seperate from the costs to fly the pets in the plain?

ive been looking at the pet travel agencies and they said some plains will let you be with your pet on the plain esp when its small, but yeah my rats(names vanilla) only uh well less than the size of my forarm. then the costs goes by how much your animal weighs and shes less then a pound so yea. oh and i think they pay by how big the cage is.

um oh i live in Maui and i wanted to fly her to California. if anyone knew a really good pet travel agencey or something that could help me out that would be great!oh and if anyone knows like do rats need tranquilizers or any other special needs before going on to the plain?

ahhh i know this really isnt the place for these questions but i really dont know where else to go. im sorry!! thanks anyways
