Hi everyone! I'm Renee
Howdy all. My name is Renee and I am new to the forums. In February I adopted my golden retriever mix named Daisy. Unbeknownst to me, she was pregnant when I adopted her, so 6 weeks later we had 6 puppies! LOL
All have homes now except for the one beautiful boy we kept, his name is Levi. He looks like a purebred golden. The other pups looked like chows with fuzzy fur and black spotted tongues. Anyway, hello, and this looks like a wonderful place!

Welcome Renee ....... sounds like deja vue to me ..... we have friends who adopted a dog some 13 years or so ago and it presented them with a surprise package. Three puppies I recall in that litter. They also kept one of the puppies. Makes me wonder how often this actually happens. LOL

I have been through a similar experience. We bought two guinea pigs, they were both girls so we didn't think there would be a problem. About two months after we got them Sunny had a little baby. Both Sunny and Mo acted like mother toward the little one. A few weeks later we discovered that the baby, now named Sumo, was a boy so we could not keep him. we still keep in touch with the new owner, but I will never forget the little ball of fluff that loved to sit on myshoulder. I am new too so don't worry...........you are not alone!!
