How do I clean my baby turtles tank?????

My little turtle is in a fish bowl right now until we can get an aquarium, and it's gotten really dirty but I'm not sure how to clean it. Is there any special way to clean them? Thanks

The best thing is to have an aqurium with a filter but if you don't, you must clean the water evryday. You also must clean out the fish bowl. They urinate and deficate in the water and it will kill them if it's don't done on a daily basis.
