Poch Squash

THis is a tasty recipie.

Two or three fresh squash, peeled, diced or sliced.
you can mix different kinds together.
Place in your pan in the bottom.

Mix: 1 Cup of mayonase
1 tsp of thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
pour this over your squash
Grate as much cheese as you need to cover the squash.
Sometimes I'll add tomatoes, peppers, and or olives
Red onions is usually called for but I don't like onions.
bake this at 375 for 20 minutes.

this is a dalicious dish.

I found even though I'm sure there were no no's in it I couldn't keep Sagey girl from helping me with it.

If anything its a great dish for yoiur family.

and it is the season for growing squash.
