Hello from New York-ie

Hello everyone I'm from NYC and just got my first puppy. She is a Yorkie, 9 weeks old and her name is Chania, she's proven to be quite the diva already:

Before her I had an american shorthair named Reno (very smart cat but had to give him away to my cousin because my grandma was allergic and stopped visiting us). I miss him but he is in good hands now and having the time of his life.

Before him I had a Siberian dwarf hamster named Nina who has since passed away. RIP.

I hope to learn from the rest of you on this website as well as share my experiences and Chania's progress. Cheers!

Congratulations on your precious new puppy ! She looks adorable. I love her name it's so unique. I'm sorry you had to give up your kitty. We just went through the same with our precious kitty named Tabitha. She is now with my daughter and is queen Tabitha again Ü. Keep the pictures coming of your baby as she grows.

thank you! my dad named my cat "rino" and I didn't like it so changed it to Reno like the city....so when i got my puppy i just looked up female city names and found Chania which is a city in Greece, and voila!

PS: Bella is beautiful...and 12 puppies?!?!?!? wow...that's amazing.
