baby rabbit's?

I adopted a female rabbit and I think she may be pregnant, is there a way to tell for sure? it's been about 28 days and she is acting really strange. If she is what do I do to help her make her cage birthing friendly???

You could give her lots of nice soft bedding and plenty of food and water.
