Hi Louise and welcome to PetLovers. Sounds like you should fit right in. What type of bird do you have? What type of dogs/cats, their names and how you came about getting your pets is always interesting to us folks. So please share and be sure and post pictures. See you around the forums!

The we have my lil baby gypsey..

Both these were rescue dogs jack came from omeone who never used to feed him when we got him we had to run round to catch him! he was allowed to run across main roads with his old owner and everything, shortly after he had parvo and when we took him on he was just aboutcaught at the right time for him to be treated. he is a lovely jack russel. Gypsey came with jack but she had been treated better. She and jack live together now with us

next some of the cats ..

These are the final cats we will be taking on for the time being when we had them we didnt have the heart to seperate them they came from a woman who had too many cats and was giving them away and because we fell inloe with this little family they helped extend ours! lol

This is tommy and momma cat tommy we brought ourselves and was one of the first cats we had .... momma cat came from a rescue centre and she is one of my fav's!

This is kitty my baby boy! he was a rescue with 3 other kittens who sadly died, they were found in a box there mom had run away and the owner couldnt look after them i guess so i hand reared him and he was the only one that survived out of 4. he is now 5 years old and still being a gd boy.

I have some more cats which include

Ginger: a persian cat that was left in a loft and rescued by a shelter and rehomed with us.

bobtail. mommacats sister sadly she lost her tail but that doesnt affect her one bit! shes still my precious girl.

The bird is a cockateil and he is a bird that cant fly when we got him off another woman he was sitting at the bottom of the cage full of mites and he had no feathers he wasnt that old i dont think we dont no his true age.... but despite not being able to fly he is a lovely little pet to have

The hamster which is my sisters came from a mate of hers whos son got bored of it so i took him on - my mom wasnt happy about that when i brough him home lol but he soon fitted in with her heart.

I love my animals dearly and the love they show back whenyou help them is memorable! sadly mom says we cant have no more after these .. but when i move i will continue rescueing animals and giving them a loving home
