It is interesting, however extreme caution is recommended. It sound like all they want to do dope up the birds instead of addressing the problem. An example is when I was younger a doctor put me on ridolen (I am not sure if this is the correct spelling), however I felt like a lab rat. I walked around like a zombie on that stuff. The point is that it did not help anything, I was still hyper but had no coordination. The cause of my problems was that I kept getting teased by all of the other kids I went to school with and had no will to learn anything. If I could come up with a good enough law suit I would sue every doctor that that put me on medication for malpractice. Two of the needless medications (poisons) stunted my growth. I had no need for medications in high school, because no one teased me. So what I am trying to say is we need to treat the cause not the symptoms. It sounds like they want to test new medicines and want our birds as their lab rats.

Sorry, I may disagree with you. The site promotes natural/herbal healing and better health practices for birds. I didn't notice anything about chemical medicine/drugs. Did I miss something?

Natural is probably the best way to go with birds. There are so many things that are toxic to them.

It's true, I always try to find a natural remedy before succumbing to man-made meds, even for myself.
