Virtual Tree

My friend writes a blog where he posts goofy links and stuff- I don't know WHERE he finds all this stuff- but he found this neat link where you can grow your own virtual tree. You water it and use hedge trimmers and stuff. It's cute, if you do it long enough they give you a virtual birdfeeder with little birdies.

It's a little commercially-oriented, I guess, but I don't care as long as I get my virtual birdies!
Just thought I'd pass it on

That site was actually pretty fun. It's not gonna replace yahoo games as my primary time-wasting activity, but still- pretty fun. And way harder than I expected it to be to keep my tree alive! Who knew trees needed so much water?!?

Also people should know that if you keep the treee alive long enough, coupons pop up for a certain amount off at the sears home and garen department. Which doesn't benefit me much since the backyard of our house is concrete. Though one day we're going to change that, I hope.

Lying out on the concrete isn't nearly as fun as grass...

Hey, you could still buy a birdfeeder or a windowbox, even if your backyard is concrete!
