cat is sneezing
Our new pet is a cat. I say new because we've had a dog before and don't know much about cats. His name is Denis and we love him a lot and he has been okay so far. Until yesterday, when he started sneezing a lot. His eyes are running and he hides downstairs and is not asking for his morning treat. Some time ago he had an infected eye and we got some eye drops from the vet. The infection went away and I used these drops again for his runny eyes now and it seems to help there but the sneezing continues. We've had the A/C on for the last several days because of the heat and so I wonder if he could be allergic to it. The sneezing comes in "waves". He doesn't sneeze all the time but when he starts, it goes on for a long time.
I don't like to see him hiding like that because I know enough about cats that they do that when they are sick.
Please, what can I do?
