USARK to legally challenge FWS Constrictor Rule

The listing of 4 species of widely held constrictor snakes as injurious under the Lacey Act was arbitrary, unsupported by legitimate science, and damaging to the welfare of the snakes, and to business. USARK plans to bring a lawsuit to challenge the FWS abuse of the Lacey Act, and have this rule overturned.
