Question pet friendly ant killer?

hello
i have an ant problem in my back yard. i'm looking for something to kill them off without hurting my dogs. thank you for any and all suggestions.

The article reminds that to be effective DE has to remain dry. So if you are using it outside, use it when the grass is dry.

Remember it must be FOOD GRADE

You could try nematodes. They eat many different "bugs" in the ground. I know people who use them so they don't have fleas in their yard, but I do know they help with other bugs as well.
