EMERGENCY Plz help, something wrong with bird

Have a female cockatiel. This morning, looked like she had an egg protruding from her, appeared it had a meat like substance on it. This afternoon, broken egg in cage, now a blood-red mass protruding from bird's bottom area. Area clinics are now closed...what to do?

Bird will not come to my finger, will not allow to be touched. Have had Lulu since she was an egg; never seen anything like this. Don't think she's eaten much

I use the attachment paperclip to upload a photo of Lulu

Sorry I can't help, but want to let you know there are on-call vets available 24/7 at most surgeries. They usually leave their emergency number on their answering machine. Otherwise call your local shelter/bird rescue for their emergency vet number. I'm assuming/hoping you've got Lulu some help by now. I hope she's okay, poor lass. Wishing you the best.

Poor little girl. Your bird needs the help of a vet and as soon as possible. Wish you both the best, and please let us know the outcome.
