Exclamation Mini-pinscher help!

My 1 year old mini-pinscher,Tyra, has been having dry eyes, as manifested by having dry crusts around her eyes. She sometimes scratches it using her leg. She can barely see cause her eyes are already inflammed. She squints most of the time. There is no redness. We are always wiping her eye with a warm damp cloth. She is also picking her food. She won't eat her dog food anymore. She prefers rice, but she eats so little now. She is still active and playful--but I'm worried. please help!

time to head to the vet! if she isn't eating, that means she really does NOT feel well.
