I thought this was pretty intesting! I actually was just reading about how good this was for people and came across this about how it may help with allergies, hot spots and digestion issues
What do you think? Has anyone used it?

That is pretty interesting. I have never heard of it or tried it but if it does what is says it does that would be great.

I do know that apple cider vinegar is good for your skin (when mixed with water) and can help you to lose weight (when you drink it mixed with water)

ive been using acv for about 20+ years myself, and about 10 for my animals. i use organic as much as possible, its not as acidic. i ve used it on my rabbits, birds, dogs, cats, and horses. ive heard some other places that it also helps to repel fleas. its a great source of potassium also.
i put 1/4c of acv in an 8oz glass of water every morning. it helps to detoxify the body. you can also do 2T of honey with that, then take another 2T of each in the evening with water, and after about 6 weeks it will help to energize you. for those of you not used to the taste, start out with 1/2 tsp in an 8oz glass. its actually very good for the stomach, believe it or not. in the fall i was diagnosed with gerd. not a big deal, just made me uncomfortable when i ate. it was then i upped my dose of acv when i read how it helped. before i was only drinking about 1tsp a day. since i couldnt afford the meds, i went for the acv. i actually think it helped me. ive been able to finally eat fruit without throwing up.
make sure if you do have gerd or acid reflux, you stay away from red wine vinegar. it is really acidic.
oh, acv is also supposed to be great for arthritis.
