How do I get her eating again!?

Ever since Flynns death a 5 days ago, Phoebe (his sister) hasn't been eating much. If anything. She is 3 years old. I have been feeding her the same amount of food and same kinds of foods she normally likes, but she seems disinterested. What do I do? Do you think this is a physical or emotional issue?

I posted this on the other thread before you got this one up.

She's depressed...and like some people, she eats less because of it. It's quite normal for cats to feel the loss of another pet. For now give her lots of extra attention, and try to associate it with mealtime even if you have to sit with her while she eats so that she has company.

Sorry.... I hadn't got a reply, so I thought I'd start a new topic. Thanks for your advice. I'll try it and keep you posted. :)
