In a thread started long ago (I was reading back) you suggested I put GSE in Angel's water to help in solving the plucking problem. Just what is GSE? I think I missed that thread back then - since I did not seem to ask.

It is being said to work against yeast type infections and bacteria. It also has almost no taste in the concentrations needed. Others have also mentioned that apple cider vinegar has about the same results. I don't know if that is all apple cider vinegars or the 'Dr. Bronner's' type stuff from the health foodstore. I also use gse to soak the sprouts before i give them to the birds, incase there is anything that shouldn't be there.

I think it's any kind of apple cider vinegar. You can go to www.parrothouse.com for an article on it, adn they may even have one on GSE.
