I am new to Parrot.com and would like to introduce myself. My name is Dean, I live in Texas with my wife and flock. I have a CAG named Sweetie, an umbrella named Bonnie, a Quaker named BB, and 3 pairs of cockatiels, one pair on 3 eggs. I also have Sugargliders.

....so nice to know you Dean. Your flock sounds great, but I am unfamiliar with Sugargliders. I will have to do some research on them......
I have 1 cockatiel, 4 budgies, and 1 Maximillian Pionus.

Glad you joined,

Roseanne:D

Sugar Gliders are small Australian marsupials(they keep their young in a pouch). They look like a Southern flying squirrel, except they have a stripe down their back. They can jump/glide up to 150 feet.

The picture is so cute! A few months ago I went to a sugar-glider convention with my vet, and there was about 20 there altogether riding around in little pouches and pockets! I of course coudlnt' help falling in love with them, but with 6 birds don't have room for one. :( What do you feed yours?

...of your sugar gliders. They are so cute. I did a lot of online research on them and find them intriguing.

Thanks again.:)
