My neighbors have a rottweiller mix that they don't want. She has given me permission to post her. They are keeping her in a bedroom with the door shut at all times. They have four other dogs..one cat ..and ten rabbits...all are kept inside. These people never let the dogs out!! The reason they are keeping her in the bedroom is because she says this dog jumps up on her stomach and she just can't stand it. It just wants to play. It gets along well with other animals and with kids. She brought the dog out for me to see so i could describe her and she said the dog was probably hungry because they didn't have money for dog food till payday..(whenever that is). I came home and took over what i had...the poor dog inhaled it. When i went to the grocery store yesterday i bought a fifty pound bag of dry and took it over. I am hoping someone is feeding that poor dog. I know this woman has a hard time going up and down stairs as she is on oxygen but i am hoping someone else is feeding her. The dog (Santana) is black short fur with tan markings. She is really a pretty dog. If there is anyone out there that could give this dog a good home please get back with me. I have three dogs myself and (don't laugh) fourteen cats. Most of my pets were rescues but i just cannot bring any more in. I live in Ohio and can possibly drive part way if need be....please let me know. I really want to get her out of there.
