3 teenage girls burned a dog alive twice in December of last year. The petition calls for the maximum penalty allowed and mandatory counseling.

KIDS BEING KIDS???? NO kid I know would do that to an animal - try it was just these teenagers being plain evil.

THAT IS TERRIBLE! HOW COULD ANYONE DO SUCH A THING? THEY MUST BE OUT OF THEIR MIND! I signed the petition!
That really scares me for my baby, you know? She's out there sleeping and someone could just take her and do something horrid like that to her!!!!!!!!

Sad I have red dachshund and when read this i wouldn't let her go. it sickens me how people can be.

OH MY GOD! THAT IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! :mad: I NEVER HEARD ABOUT THAT ANYWHERE! where did it happen? IF SOMEONE I KNEW EVER DID THAT TO MY DOG...OR ANY OTHER DOG I SWEAR I WOULD LIKE...MURDER THEM!
