Hi Everyone: I didn't fall off the face of the earth, lol. We just got done moving my daughter back into her university in Philadelphia this past week or so. What a job!!! I miss her sooo much already. This is her 2nd year and we have a total of six years to get through. Well enough about that.

WHAT HAPPENED TO US. Yes I was hit head on by some people speaking their minds. Dsimko and I went at it a little a while back, but I think we understand each other now (she is blatantly honest, where I am a little more diplomatic), but I enjoy hearing and learning from her...I think all is well with us, right? Also, I noticed Jason isn't posting much anymore and that makes me sad because he is great with birds.

Now, the "head on collision" I had with Danno was completely uncalled for on his part and I will not forgive him ever and reptiles are not my place anyway...IMO I think he was just posting here to try to single out some innocent person and bully them.....I guess that's another arguement, but I won't go there.

AN498: Yes, Crazemama came on strong, but she is one of my favorite people here and I feel she just had a bad day.....her knowlege is invaluable and I DO HOPE SHE CONTINUES TO CONTRIBUTE HERE.

I must say, I don't see anything wrong in what AN498 has done with the care of her budgies....birds do get sick from time to time, and yes, knowing what to do immediately is extremely important. She asked for help and did get it from Crazee (even after some stones being thrown in her path). AN498, it is important to know that budgies do need to see the vet, too, even thought they are inexpensive birds...they are feeling, emotional creatures. I took one of my Budgies to the vet not long ago and he fixed her up and I felt so much better for it. Call around to different vets to find out what their office visits cost. Being in NYC there are certainly many you can call, just to have someone on hand.

You are doing a great job with your two babies....don't give up and please don't stop asking us for advice.

Dsimko and Crazee, please come back, I do enjoy both of you and I hope you care for me and the others the same way,too.

HEY, PIONUSPASSION IS BACK....I am so happy to have her here to contribute, she has so much information to share (she is my personal friend and is the one who got me started in the proper handling of pet birds and I think I am doing a great job...She's Marcel's (my Maxi Pionus') fairy godmother. I know you will all appreciate all she has to say.

I love you all, Gail, Teri, Jenny, Casagura, Diane, Jason, Crazee, Birdgirl, Lovebird B, Stacy, PionusP,(I think we lost Birdygirl and Amanda and I am sad), Jackie, Shockadine, Schavon2, Retret, and all the birdie newbies and those I may left out unintentionally....... hope that's not too mushy.

Yeaaaaaaa, Mrs. Birdy's here! There has been a bit of a mess while you gone and I'm glad to see you haven't left us! I was also so happy to see PionuP too and am ever so grateful that you had brought her here! As far as Danno's concerned, Mrs. Birdy, reptiles ARE your place too! Anything contributed is worthwhile and I'm sure Danno didn't mean to chase anyone away from here either. We may have lost Danno though as well as Birdygirl but Amanda's still here.

Gee, I sound like an addict for this place, probably because I am! This is such a great site. Thank you Mr. PetLover for getting us all together. I just hope we can keep everyone together. Hey, first it's PetLovers.com, next, the world!! Uh... well, you know. :-\

thank you mrs. birdy for getting all mushy! i love this site as well and all you peoples who are here and the new ones joining. can we all please pm dsimko and crazeemama to come back? i did already and it doesn't seem like they will, but maybe if we all did they will?

Wow- I haven't been on this site for three days and it seems like a lot has gone on! I guess I'll just have to read the other posts and figure out what you all are talking about, lol! But what is great to read is everyone forgiving each other for whatever has happened and if anyone is thinking of leaving this site....please don't!!! Everyone's comments are valuable and help to make this site a great place to be.
