:confused: I have a serious promble hope someone can give me some advice My son is in State jail he has a mix breed pit and ? he around 8 months old name Red I live in the country my land lord next door to me Some new neghbiors move in and they had 2 big dogs 1 puppy 2 baby goats my landlord had 3 dogs and Red was about 3 0r 4 months old the neighbor goat got kill noone seen which dog that did it but Red was blame The neighbor said they didn't know so I try put Red in a pen he keep get out so my landlord said he would put him in his fenced in yard I offer food but his wife work at a animal shelter and said she got plenty of food from the shelter well I moved last week and he pull the bigest fit dont want me to take the dog he goes to Judge and tell him lots of untrue things finale the Judge said he go to my daughter till I got fenced and I could not chain him when I get fenced build I could get him well I paid to have fence build took required letter from my landlord said i have a fenced up then the judge goes all hatefully said i suppost leave dog at my daughter till dec when my son get out and if dog get loosed he will shoot him this dog not mean dog he never bite anyone I never been fined on him Can I legale put the dog on a leased untill he get used to the fenced and his new home I scared to death he might find way out fence for he confussed at his new surrounds I don't want him get loosed Thank you for any advice BJ

I can't keep him in house owner said no large pets inside only small one He said if the dog got out he shoot him and fine me the max The Judge does not want hear my side he not a very nice judge at all but I sure my landlord told him bunch of lies I live in his house for 5 years and I hear him tell some good ones for example he want some people to move instead of telling them just to move he said that the trailer had mold in it and it would make them sick then he told me Police told him put Red ( The dog) in a fence and he drove by every day just check which was not true at all then he said the neighbor going shoot him another whooper When I start to move he said I had leave my stove and Refg there I told him no i dont they mine i am take them your out here are in your storage he said law said if it attached cant move it well my stove refg and dog wasn't attached he just try take things My rent was paid up to first of sept and I move 2nd week of Aug I live out there 5 years paid my rent don't drink or used drugs he even have a fit when my family visted me and we was never loud my family live far away and don't visted often about once or twice a year he just overbearning and controlled but Judge don't know this and he just think i was bad mouth him in fact if judge see red he see he not a old or mean dog he 8 months old and not full blood pit thanks for your suggest bj

Do you have any Faith? do you know what i mean? my only answer in such a horrible situation is to pray, God will help you find the right answer and He can make a way where there seems to be no way. i know this might upset other people who don't beleive, however, we all have our own ways about us and this seems to ME the only solution. However i will pray for you and maybe someone else will have a solution for you as a result of it, as it is my right to believe this (:

Oh My yes i belived in prayers I couldn't get throught day without talking to My God and his son Thank you Terri God can do what no human can and your prayer is exactly what I need Keep me in your prayers please BJ

What a sweet and caring soul you are betty, and i'm sorry that your son is in a state prison, please keep us updated to what will has happened with your son's dog. and i have you and your son in my prayers.
