Hot Spots

I'm looking for some help in getting rid of
a "hot spot" on my dog. The vet has been treating it with meds but that doesn't seem to help.

I was wondering if anyone has had luck with getting rid of this problem with herbs? Or anything else? Suggestions needed please!
