Has anyone ever fed their birds kaytee bird greens? I was thinking of trying it for my lovebirds and parrotlet who refuse to eat any vegetables or fruit I try to give them. The ingredients are dehydrated alfalfa leaves, dehydrated carrots, dehydrated celery leaves, dehydrated spinach, dried apple, dried peach, dried apricot, pepper seeds, natural flavor. The other food I was thinking of trying is healthy toppings. They have a variety of dried fruits to add to your birds' food.

I have tried the healthy toppings with Woodstock (a keet) and he seemed to be okay with them. Especially the coconut and strawberries one. Woodstock is also picky about eating fresh veggies, so what I did was take brocolli and shave off the top seedy looking part and put it in his dish on top of the seeds. Lets just say that there wasn't any in his dish for a few days, and every couple of hours he would go down to his seed dish (which is clear) and poke his head in it and chirp at me!
