I looked on that site but still couldn't get a proper diagnosis, I am not sure of any pet stores I could take him to, do you think maybe someone at PetCo might be able to help if I take him in?

Okay, lol, the last post really confused me, where do I go to chat about this??
I'm so sad that Kovuh might die on me, which would make him my 2nd white betta that has passed away since I started getting bettas, and I will be so sad if he dies :(

If the fins look a bit ragged or torn, then the problem is probably fin rot..... it killed my first betta, Charlie. You can cure it by putting the fishy in a clean, bare tank with no un-needed decorations and treating it with medication from the fish store. Melafix or Bettafix is really good and you should probably be able to get your hands on some easily.
Just some questions, how big is the tank? Are there any other fish with the betta? And how often do you change the water?
Keep us posted. Hope Kovuh is better soon. :)
