Mom's dog's sick...

Well, Mom's dog got sick justy after mine got better. She's a 14 year old Silky terrier with a cyst the size of a golf ball on her tail. I know she'll be fine (she's been through a lot in her lifetime), but I would appreciate it if you all could keep her in your thoughts and prayers. She goes in for surgery Friday...

They think that she may have cancer because it grew pretty rapidly (from what I understand). It doesn't seem to bother her, she was still able to chase Ronnie (who is twice her size) out of the house. I will let you all know how she is as soon as I hear something.

Bingo is home now with no hair on her back or tail and six stitches. They said the cyst was about the size of a ping pong ball. :( She's on a bland diet because the anesthesia made her sick and we're still waiting to find out if it's cancer. For now she's sore, but that will pass in time. Have a great day!

Just saw this & hope that the dog will be okay My dog, Elijah has had several tumors & cysts but always have been benign. He is a shephard/Husky mix & affectionately nicknamed "Tumor Boy". My thoughts & prayers are with you. Book Fairy.

Bingo's up and moving around. I called last night and heard Penny bark and Bingo sounded off right after her, which is normal for her (I believe she's telling Penny to be quiet). She's still got six stitches through her tail and back, but those'll come out soon enough.
