I have noticed that quite a few people are allergic to pets. Various individuals have posted of spouses with Allergies. I too have severe Allergies & I am owned by 3 cats none-the -less !! I have been asked 100's of times what can be done. Here is a suggestion. There is a liquid available called Aller-Pet you can bathe them in it...or... you take a damp rag saturated with it and wipe down your pet. ( I use a saturated washcloth ) I'm not sure what stores carry it ...perhaps we can find it on the internet. I bought a huge supply while in NJ at a store called CHERRY-BROOK. It's a pet-supply store in Washington NJ. I hope this helps someone out there !! :)
Good Luck

I am allergic to hay and horse dander. It has only been in the past five years that my allergies have started to develop. My allergist is suggesting we move out west again because we are in a high allergy area and he feels the area is causing the allergy to be elevated. So, that is what we are going to do as soon as our home sells. Kind of a bummer since we moved out here to have the acreage for the fur-kids and all. But, we have been out to Oregon where one of my brothers lives and have found some properties that will be well suited for what we need. :p
