well....for a little while maybe...hahahahha...I am soooo jealous of your camera :( plus the facy you know how to use it! Those pictures give the illusion that you can just reach out and touch them and feel the softness of their feathers/fur. Just beautifull photography Jan and of course your birds and dogs and Sheba are all gorgeous models! :)

They are WONDERFUL pictures. That scarlet macaw is just about the most gorgeous bird I've ever seen. You can tell the dogs like getting their picture taken.. but the cat was a bit put out for being disturbed..

Oh man, they are all so beautiful!!!! I love the colors, they just jump out at you. And the expression on your birds faces, I think they are smiling?? I didn't know they had expressions, the only birds I have ever known were at the petstore, or when I was young my dad had one, but it chased me. These guys look happy, and inquisitive!

Jan!!
What incredible pics!! You have the most beautiful birds (and the furries too!!). They are all just so striking! Cherokee is my favorite pic. I have always been partial to the Blue and Gold Macaws because my neighbor had one I just loved.
Question....how do you post such large pictures??? Mine all come out as little thumbnails.

Thanks everybody!. I have more hahahahahhohohohohhehehehe :D
Diane~ the last pic is Sam(Umbrella) with the pen in his beak. He always manages to find me in my office, thats where he looks first.. wonder why  .
Jo~ I cant remember if you attach your pics or use a host site URL address... if you attach, they can only be so big. I use VillagePhoto.com... and post with the URL address. It depends on what size you upload to the host site.. they can be any size you want.

Babe is so much bigger than Fargo! How much do they weigh?
Actually KC... Babe is the smaller one on the left.. she's a purebred Rott that was surrendered to the rescue, I agreed to foster her, but then we found out she was 10 yrs old and would probably be impossible to adopt out.. so we are keeping her... she's about 90 lbs. Fargo is the big guy on the right.. he weighs about 150 lbs and is 4 yrs old. We rescued him 2 years ago from a shelter that was 4 hours away. He was listed as a Rott/GSD mix.. but we're thinking he has some mastiff in there. These two adore each other.
silverking~ Our birds rule the house.. the dogs and cats scatter when they scream or the birds walk towards them LOL.. you would to if a huge beak was coming your way  . All our animals live in the house... they let us live inside with them!. We take them outside every chance we get, weather permitting. Birds can handle cold temperatures better than hot. Luckily, CA has pretty good weather most of the time... tho its been in the 100's this past week.. so the birds and rest of the animals stay in the air conditioned house haha.

Your fur/feather family is just gorgeous! They all look so healthy and happy. How in the world do you kep up with all of them? I think that it might be hard to show them all the amount of attention that they deserve. You must be Wonder Woman! :D

I'm not sure what kind of plant that is... but they're all over my backyard LOL. Cherokee happened to be in front of that plant when I took the pic, but she wasn't allowed to play with it.. we dont allow any of the birds to be near the plants just to be on the safe side. The Scarlet does get in the avacado tree once in awhile... but it has never produced avacado's.

Actually.. its very easy ;) ... I wish I was Wonder Woman LOL.... we all have enough love inside of us to fill an ocean .... The more you give, the more you receive.

 LOL sis...I did have to think twice about the F~kids thing... Im so glad you like my Pooh. Max is in his cage...its a mesh type cage that is suppose to stand upright, but he was climbing to the top and falling all the way to the bottom(about 6ft) because he doesnt have full use of his back legs.. so I turned the cage sideways.. less height for him to fall and he has more room to walk around. I do have stuff for him to climb on since thats what Iguana's do best. He does fall off of the limbs.. today he fell and landed on his back .... poor guy. I love plants and we live in a jungle.. so what if most the ones inside the house are fake hehe.... and I put a few fake things in Max's cage to try to simulate natural environment. I think the Fall leaves add a nice touch, dont you :p .

I love your pictures of your cats!!! They are all sweet too but I am a little partial to cats...That aquarium looked nice too and I think the fall leaves are quite adorable.
(I have a couple strands of them on my wrought iron screen door.) I also add orange light sets (like the Christmas ones)
