Proof that looks can be decieving! Sure he may look cute and innocent.. but if he's not giving his toys a good thrashing, he's hopping around on top of his cage and making enough noise for 10 budgies.. and I wouldn't have it any other way! Just like a cockateil he'll raise his neck feathers and allow a neck and face rub.. I've never known a budgie that actually liked to be petted :)
