What Bullwinkle is looking at.....

Hi all!

Once again, thanks for the compliments on Bullwinkle. A couple of people asked what he was staring at so intently. I don't know about in the previous picture but here are a couple of pics where I KNOW what he is staring at.

The first one shows him watching TV. Great Danes sit on couches and chairs like people - that's why he looks goofy.

The second one I took when I had left the room for something and found he had moved over and was staring at my pizza. Wrong!!!

Hi Jo! Bullwinkle is beautiful! I, too, am owned by Danes! 3 to be exact. Zeus is my 11 yr. old black male, Horatio is my 15 month old merle male, and Trinity is my 15 month old harl female.

Oh, how well I know that pose, lol!

There's nothing in this world like a Dane. You have to own one to know just what absolutely special creatures they are. The amount of love that these guys have for their owners is immeasurable.

Great pictures of Bullwinkle! I didn't know Great Danes sit on couches and chairs like people do but I know that now! I really don't know much about Great Danes but I know I am going learn about them through here. Bullwinkle is cute!

I love the way he is sitting on the couch -- amazing. I had a friend who owned great dane and she treated her dog like the king of the castle - she never mentioned it sitting on the couch or anything. Are you sure that all great danes do this -- or is yours unique?

Hi all!

I'm sure as Fin can attest - Great Danes all sit like this on couches and chairs. I think it has something to do with their spines being so long that this is the way Mother Nature intended it to be for them. Whenever Bullwinkle and I go to a BBQ or picnic he'll back up to me and sit in my lap just like this. He's a kook but I love him to death!!
