I have 2 peach face love birds for sale. Was told they were opposite sexes but don't know for sure. They are very playful!! One has a peach face and one has a red face. $60 for the pair. Will not seperate. I also have a yellow canary for sale. The breeder told me she already had a clutch but my male died before they had a chance to mate so I only have his word. Comes with cage and toys. $35.

Why are you getting rid of them?

When I got the lovebirds, they came from 2 career people who spent no time with them. Consequently they are bonded to each other now, which is why I will only sell them together. I have spent the last 7 months trying to tame them but I think it's a lost cause. I can tell they are much happier being in the cage. I ,on the other hand love the interaction. Since they are happier being in the cage, I don't have to worry about anyone ignoring them or not letting them out. With the canary, I have a male canary and the only way he will sing is if he doesn't see her, so I put her in the computer room. There is alot of traffic in there but to get on the computer, not to talk with her. I feel she is neglected being in another room seperate from all the other birds. I feel real bad when I hear her and the male "talking" to each other and shes stuck in another room by herself. I am getting a Quaker Sat. and the girl selling her wants to buy the canary. Shes got all kinds of birds so I know she'll be going to a good home and thats the most important thing to me.

Well, the lovebirds are gone....they went to a home where there is other birds and they have great knowledge of birds, not just the basic stuff. I'm happy for them but I miss them terribly. But I still have the canary if anyone is interested.

Glad the luvies went to a good home! If I lived closer I'd sure take the canary... I hope you can find a great home for him as well.

Well, my canary is gone now too. She went to a home where the lady takes in birds. Her latest is a Senegal who had his foot amputated. So at least I know she went somewhere good. I'm so happy they all got to go where I know they will be taken care of properly.
