New Buddy

so we just brought home another dog today from the SPCA! he'll be our current dog's playmate and our 2 cats' nightmares. :rolleyes: no actually he's a real sweet heart. his name from the SPCA was Danny, but since our other dog's name is Danny too, we changed it to Bandit.

So here is our Bandit (the long haird one) with Danny. They say he's a shepherd/chow mix, but i think he's got definite rot in him as well :)

WoooHooooo!!!. Congratulations!. He's gorgeous and hugs to you for adopting from SPCA!!! ;) . Whats the odds of adopting a dog with the same name as the one you already have LOL... Bandit fits him :)

Danny and Bandit are both great looking dogs! Looks like Danny is happy to have a playmate. Hurray for you for adopting Bandit from the SPCA, he is one lucky guy. :)

Congrats on your new family member! I'm having trouble telling from picture which is long haired one - so which one is Bandit. Did you change the new dog's name or your Danny's name? Boy that sounds confusing! They sure are both beautiful dogs.

Bandit is the mostly black one; Danny has more brown in him

this one is bandit :) and thanks everyone...he's a real sweet heart...now we just need to start learning sit, stay, off, down, etc ;) oh and i named the new one bandit...

thanks everyone! bandit's bonded with us quite quickly. he takes a little longer to learn basic sit, lay, etc, but he's just so gentle, sweet and loyal. i'm glad i have a place to share my news with people who understand :)
