I have noticed that two of Sylvie's kittens have sort of wide, flattened rib cages, as though they could scramble under a door, if that helps to explain. The other two seem normal. They are only two weeks old. Does anyone know anything about this?
I hope they're all right. I have already lost one when he was three days old.

Dr. Leo says that the two kittens are "flat chested". It is a deformity that they may or may not overcome. Sometimes they outgrow it and live normal lives. The little Siamese is doing better than her litter mate. He has a hard time breathing sometimes and also has a heart murmur. He gets very weak and even turned blue. Dr. Leo gives him a 50/50 chance to survive.
The other two kittens are fat and happy kittens. Please keep us in your prayers. Thank you.

Thanks Jan. She was a stray for most of her pregnancy. I doubt they had the nutrition they needed to build bones and grow. It's been a heart break. I appreciate your kindness.
