Well, let's see..I know Spike likes the Honey maid Wheatables, Ritz crackers, & those chinese noodles that you buy in a bag at like Stop & Shop or something. Plus he now eats from your hand too, which I find cute that he can do that at almost 8 months :)

Great question. My birds love pasta and rice mix, crackers, apples and all fruits. um,oatmeal cooked.pizza, actually anything good for you they eat.I also make a pasta dinner for them,I take some seeds and pasta any type and oats and rasins mix that all together, vegys like carrots and beets and peas, and all the differant vegy's you have and put it all together, and slow cook it on med heat for 5 minutes. They love this new mush they get for dinner and even breckfast.Add what your birds like.
Every morning I get up and cut up fresh foods for Éire. I rotate fruits and veggies.
Veggies:
Carrots
Greenbeans
Snow/Sugar Peas
Grape Tomatoes (loves these)
Broccoli
Cucumber (when we have them)
Peppers (yellow, red, green.. whatever we have)
Fruit:
Strawberries
Blueberries
Cantaloupe (when we have them)
Grapes (loves these)
Kiwis
Apples (loves these)
Grapefruits (when we have them)
Oranges
Bananas (when we have them)
Stuff like that! EVERY morning. I give Oli and Aleda stuff from her bowl too.
Then, every night at around 4:30 she gets her dinner. Mom warms up some cooked rice/sweet potatoe/yams/mixed veggies/beans mix for her. We make that every.. uh.. month or 2? Last time she had beets and sweet potatoe instead of yams. She loves her dinner omg. We give her bean sprouts sometimes too, when we have them. I'm going to try to get my mom to sprout some seeds for her, they're supposed to be really good for them. We leave her dry food in all day. It's a weird seed/pellet mix that the stupid breeder sold us.. has pretty bird pellets (eek), different kind of seeds (pumpkin is all I can recognize), and dried fruits (orange stuff, apple, coconut, raisins..).
Great fun. :D

Hey Kaye.....can I come live with you???hahahahaha just kidding you. I bet your birds are the best fed babies around!!!! I give the usual of vegetables. I also do a bean mix with noodles in it. Then I also use dry oatmeal on my smaller birds. There are THOUSANDS of different ways to give your bird a great diet just experiment and find out what he likes then go for it....Good Luck

I make my birds a mix of wild rice, plain couscous, and whole wheat pasta. I usually add stuff to it, like beans or veggies. They all get fresh fruits and veggies daily.
Yea and I even forgot a few things.. peaches, nectarine, apricot.. and noodles! Lol!

I feed Keechie sugar/snap peas, string beans, zucchini, yellow squash, celery, apples, oranges, turnip (go figure he likes it), fresh spinach, and carrots every morning and evening. He doesn't like cauliflower or broccolli. We also add warm water to dried sweet potatos and let those soak before he eats them. On weekends he gets corn on the cob. He also loves to get my whole grain bread. I'll have to try the tomatoes.
