DAlchick, Talia has been known to literally shred the package for the purina whisker licken's crunchy--they are the blue, purple and green pouches.
i she likes other cat treats, but the whisker lickens cant be left out like the other cat treats.

I know the company Aims were doing horrible tests on animals but my cats really like the taste of Aims Original. Is it wrong for me to give it to them?

Hello;
I have 3 cats. Jellybean loves the juice from Tuna ( Packed in water ) as a treat. Gracie likes peanut butter crackers :rolleyes: ....It's the only thing she'll eat other than Science diet cat food. I don't give them to her on purpose .....I am hypoglycemic & keep them on hand ( She steals them when she gets a chance ) MI- Chow eats anything.... If it is food; It Is HIS FAVORITE !! But far as pre packaged treats Jellybean & Gracie won't touch them.
Is it Aims or Iams treats ? Just Curious.... :confused: I've heard of Iams cat food before ; but I never really looked into the distributor's information. Testing etc.....

its probably iams. there have been several posts on mistreatment of animals from them.

petflare, its your preference. i dont feed anything iams because, well i cant afford it and Talia is on a urinary tract diet, which they dont have in wet food.

I have four cats. Two mama's and their adult babies. They have been trained since birth to come to me when they hear banging on the kitty can,(they Love can cat food!) They are spoiled to the bone! But that's ok because I treat my animals as if they are MY children. I bottle fed the mothers and they are my life!(as well as my human others)lol.

My oldest cat will pretty much eat anything, she's not fussy, if it's edible it's good enough for her. My youngest one is incredibly fussy, she doesn't eat proper cat treats, but they both love a tin of sardines in tomato sauce. They lick all the tomato sauce off first then have the sardines a bit later. It's not a regular treat, but it's nice to give them something special every so often. For the older one her most regular treats are dentabits (not quite sure who makes them) but as there good for her teeth and she loves them they make a great treat.

Well, I do animal rescue so I have like 23 cats, so it is hard for me to say. But most of what we get is donated. So it is everything from the fancy to the cheep. And it seems that all of the more expensive treat makers has gotten so much into heathynes that thay have forgotten about tast. Because most of my cats would take the wal-mart brand over sienice(SP?) diet any day!

My cats seem to like it all...But they are particularly enthusiastic about Medi-cal feline treats & a flaked dried salmon treat from my local health food store
