My doggy started vomiting before 2 hours. Still it continues.

You need to calm down and give us more information. Any time a pet is acting abnormal a vet visit is a good idea. If you can tell us a little more info (live outside/children feed them/etc..) we may be able to advise you until you get your dog to the vet.
Welcome to petlovers, hopefully you'll find that it's nothing serious with your pup.
