I veiwed the poll as what were your first birds so I put in budgie. I already submitted so I can't add pionus.

Just joined, Just inherited 2 Quakers,,Don't know if they are 2 females, 2 males, or one of each. I have so much to learn and
definitely have a behavioral problem with one...Shucks, I haven't even named them yet...Been busy learning and working with them. One is loveable & protective of the other..The Other keeps attacking anyone who gets near the cage..I finally had to clip one wing to stop her flight attacks when out of the cage. It has been a month since my Son brought them to me..He knows I love animals...these were rescued birds.

Hi! Yes, there's so much to learn about birds, but it's fun! A comment about wing clipping- Generally it's not adviseable to clip just one wing. I'd clip the other as well, as it will help with balance and more.
