Please Help! Very Worried!

Hi, My cockatiel (charlie) has been pulling out his neck feathers lately, we took him to a vet, they said he is upset because we have not been paying much attention to him. We have been paying more attention to him and his feathers are growing back now. Here is my concern, just tonight, I was scratching Charlies neck and I noticed a thin layer of skin on the back of his neck (so thin you can see through it) and it has some sort of fluid in it, In the fluid there are some small whitish yellowish chunks on something floating around in it and a couple of red ones about 2MM in diameter. It sounds crazy, but they are there. Please help, I am very worried about charlie. Thanks

Wow....sounds to me you should bring him back to the vet...could be some sort of infection.

I don't know what it could be either but it does not sound good. I am with Mrs. Birdy....he needs to see the vet again as soon as you can get him in!

How is Charlie doing? did you already take him to the vet? I hope he is okay.
