No, she's not mine. She belongs to my mom. My mom rents to low income people (right, KatieM) and comes across a lot of unwanted animals. She just added this sweet little 12 week old to her pack. (She's the longhair on the left.)

The other kitty in the window is Sweetie Pie, a cat she adopted from one of her residents that committed suicide last fall. This resident was a long time friend of mine. Sweetie Pie will always either belong to my mom or if something should happen I will take her. My mom has been looking for a white kitty to keep Sweetie Pie company. That cat is crazy! So far, it's been going well. I think she got Aniko last week. They are starting to play.
Unfortnately, Aniko has never been to a vet, and my mom thinks she's deaf. Both her eyes are green, but my mom said last night they have a blue hue around the outer rim. She's going this afternoon for her first checkup and to find out for sure. I also get to meet her tonight!
And I'll post pictures of my mom's other animals. Lennie (I call him the Stoner Cat) is around 9-11. We adopted him from a shelter a long time ago. He's a sweet cat, but he just lays around and really doesn't do anything. He will sometimes play, but not really. He hates Sweetie Pie because she just wants to play...he just wants to lay around and look stoned.

And Tucker-roo. Love that guy, although he's getting up there, 9 this year. Got him from a lovely Mennonite farm back in the day.

So now she has 3 cats and Tucker. I think she's crazy for 2 long hairs and 2 white cats since she has a small house, but she loves them. :)
And doesn't Aniko have a sweet name? She came that way. My mom thinks she's already gone through 2 owners. Can't wait to meet her!
