Why do my lovebirds and ringneck sometimes stand on one leg!! their legs and feet are ok so are the perches ! but when they are sleepy the go on one leg! is this good for them!!

This is a very good sign. It is perfectly normal for healthy birds to rest each foot for certain periods of time. The first sign of a sick bird is the inability to stand on one foot. If the try and constantly fall over, take them to the vet as soon as possible.

One leg perching means they are happy and content. Good job!

Also a sign that they are healthy. You're doing a good job.
