i just acquired a kitty day before yesterday. she is not doing well. i was told she is 8 weeks old. calico tabby. she is fairly lethargic. has little fight in her. i have used an eye dropper to keep water in her. she has no interest in eating much. i did see her eat about a teaspoon worth of tuna. she eats very very slowly. she moves very very slowly.
and everytime she gets up to move she shakes her paws as if they were in water.

she is going to vet tomorrow. but, in the meantime..any advise?? her ears are cool and her nose is wet and very stinky. (that urine, cat smell i can't seem to get rid of)

ok.. i really need some help with this one. I have about 36 hours to keep her alive so vet-man can look at her.

is there any magic kitty potion i can give her that will "do the trick" atleastput some life back in her.

thanks a bunch in advance

My first bit of advice would be to get her to a vet ASAP! It will be an emergency visit and cost more but it's either that or the cat may not make it. If that's not possible. I would try some of the newborn kitten formula and see how much of that you can get into her. It has vitamins and stuff in it and it might help. Is she drinking? You don't want her to get dehydrated. Sounds like a serious matter and the vet would be your best bet. It's hard to know without knowing all the details of the kitty and even then, it probably would be hard to tell. Keep us posted! Oh yeah, don't give the kitty any milk! It gives them the runs. Good luck!

My advice echoes that of 'too crazy; Get to the vet NOW. It doesn't sound good at all. I'll be thinking of you. Please do follow up and let us know how everything goes.
