okay so finally some pictures! for all who dont know.. i have been waiting to get another guinea pig for my baby zoey for a longg time! (zoey is my original pig) i just loveee guinea pigs.. they are adorable.. and they all have their own little personalitys.. i got ellie from a nasty situation.. a pet store that feeds baby guinea pigs to snakes. honestly? how inhumane can you get.. her poops are a little strange right now.. im asuming she only was fed low grade pellets where she came from.. but rest assured she will be getting plenty of fresh veggies, and lots and lots of timothy hay! tonight she will sleep in her own seperate little cage, just bc i dont want to put her with zoey over night.. but tomorrow if all goes well i will put them together in my massive guinea pig condo! okay enough babling... here's my new little bundle of joy.. ELLIE!... oh and p.s. she really has red eyes!! its not just the camera.. haha

She's so cute! What's with the red eyes? I thought only albino's had eyes like that. Is she sighted?

She seems to be getting along with Zoey just fine. Are Guinea Pigs usually social with other piggies, or like dogs and cats, does it depend on the two individuals?

I've seen a lot of guinea pigs over the years, but have never seen one so ginger with red eyes before. :D She's awesome. Really cute. I'm glad she's getting on well with Zoey. She's a lucky girl, she's really landed on her feet with you. Thanks for rescuing her. :D

thanks guys so much! i just love her.. lisa zoey loves her! they are eating as i speak.. some nice green lettuce and a baby carrot :) and becky guinea pigs are very social creatures.. once in a great while they wont get along, but my babies are doing wonderfully. its so cute! zoey had to teach her how to use all her new stuff... the cardboard tunnel is her favorite! she learned how to use the pigloo, the ramp, the food dish, how to get hay off the ramp.. its adorable. i got them two dishes thinking they'd fight over them, but little ellie's so wonderful, they are eating in the same dish.. pellets, treats, carrots, hay, lettuce.. little thing has no idea what to do.. and she sure does lover her bed! her red eyes are what drew me to her. how can i let something that little and unique get gobbeled up? i just cant! i cant stop typing ahhh lol i just love her so much. you know.. i am crazy. how can i love such a little ball of fur so much. haha

oh! and yes becky she is sighted.. it so strange her eyes are red.. but i think that only adds to her cuteness :)

I'm so glad they get along so well-Ellie is super precious! And you know I totally know how you can love such a little ball of fur so much-I fall more in love with my guinea pigs every time I look at them! :)
