Update on Mommy cat and her babies, 5 days old today!

Hello everyone:

I just wanted to post some pics of the Mommy cat I'm taking care of and her adorable babies. They are getting chubbier by the day, she is a wonderful mommy, she spends most of her day with them. They are looking great, but the mommy looks so thin and weak! She is eating from 3 to 4 meals a day to make her stronger. She has a lot of work with her 4 sweeties. I want her to gain some weight, but I know she has a lot of work with her babies, so I guess she is supposed to look a little thin.

My gosh, they are so beautiful. Mama AND babies are beautiful and she does have that proud mama look on her face, though she looks so young herself.

Thank you for sharing these darling things with us, and thank you for caring about them.

Mom looks so much better already! You are one heck of a cat-mom, Tamar.

If you don't have a name for her yet, I think you should call her Mia. When I went to pick up Zahli from the shelter, they had a female flame point siamese just like your Mommy cat named Mia. I thought it was so pretty for a pretty kitty. We considered taking her home, but in the end, we decided on Zahli.

Btw - I'll be expecting my crate at the airport in about 8 weeks with Mia and Jack in it. :)
